After crossing the Tista Bridge I saw the time at my mobile 3:30 PM. I was too hungry and when I reached the heart of Kaunia Upazila I enter at a roadside restaurant for late lunch. After eating properly I start again at 4 o'clock. I had the intension to meet DC at his office before 5 o'clock. So, I cycled at the speed of 20 KM per hour. Without stopping anywhere on the way, I reached at the DC office ater 5 o'clock. I could met only the NDC and he was informed about me by Lalmonirhat NDC yesterday. So, he accept me normally and asked me to meet DC at the circuit house at late hour. Then I find that the neck of my cycle's had some disturb and it was not operating at all. So, I fixed it, finished my prayers of Asor/Magrib and arrived at the circuit house after 7:30 PM. From here I phoned NDC and he arranged a room for me at circuit house.

Today it rained for the first time at Rangpur district in this year (As per the staffs said). It was a heavy rain and not possible for me to go somewhere ignoring the rain. After the rain was stopped I left the circuit house at 10:30 AM to roam the whole town. Went to visit at the Zoo first. There I watched all the animals and took pictures of them. Specially, gave some time to the cow of three legs and got even video of it. But a huge part of my time I gave to the cage of Deers to remember some old memories. Yes, I was nostalgic as I came here about six years back and I can't forget those memory (Too Personal to share). After leaving the zoo, I also dropped at The District School, District Stadium, Main Market, Town Hall and the residence of an ex-president of our country. I also tried to contact the District Representative of Prothom Alo Mr. Ruzu. I was told that he is away from the main town (Nearby at Gangachara) and can't come back soonest. So, I visit a lot of the town and came back to circuit house at 4:30 PM. At circuit house I looked for the caretaker Mr. Shamsul but he was on a leave. After 5 o'clock I contact NDC. He told me to reach the residence of DC after sunset. Then I finish my prayer of Asor and Magrib. After Magrib I went to the residence of DC. But his staffs told me that he is not at home though his car was at the parking. They also told me to return at 9:30 to meet DC if I have some time. So, I visit at the local office of Shamokal and went to a place called "JAHAJ COMPANY MOUR". There I met the reporters of some other newspaper at a club called Reporters Club. They asked me to prepare a press-release and took some of my picture at their PC. Later I roam in the town and went to his house at 9:30 PM. They told me that the DC has not came back and if I have no problem, I can wait there. About 10 o'clock a magistrate told me that it's better if I will meet him at morning. So, I let his house and looked for a better restaurant. Then I take my supper and came back to circuit house at 11 o'clock. Then I record my diary and went to sleep.

Finished bath and my morning prayers after woke up from the bed at morning. Then at 9 o'clock I went to DC office to meet DC. There the CA of DC was very worried about the letter I was asking. He was asking why I need that letter, why itis necessary or what is the problem if I will not take it. He was trying his best to convince me so that I will not ask for this letter. He was not actually ready to enter the room of DC for this reason. Later I told him about the NDC. Then other people and staffs at his room asked him what is his problem to knock DC as I was not asking for anything illegal help. They also told him that when a lots of DC has given me that letter then this DC might give me too. If he will not be interested then at least he will not scold CA for entering at his room. So, after wasting a lot of time he went to the room of DC and looking at my previous letters DC wrote a draft letters of 5/6 lines. But CA took 45 minutes to compose these lines and by this time DC enter the meeting-room to attend a meeting. For this reason I had to wait again. By this time I saw a spelling mistake in the letter. When I showed CA that mistake he told me that he will not correct that mistake as if a DC made mistake he will follow it. He has no right to interfare with a mistake done by DC whether he was absent-minded or not. He tried to draw DC as a subject to be afraid of. When I asked other people present there if DC is a kind of bad or stubborn person. They told me that DC will be happy to correct this mistake and the CA is mis-representing DC to me. The people of Rangpur is happier with their current DC. So, at 1:30 PM when I met DC again while he was signing it I attract his eyes to it and he asked his CA then. He aske dme to sit in his room and told CA to correct it within five minutes. We talked about our the tours while CA went to re-compose it. I find him a very nice person. He signed the new letter and before 1:45 PM my works over here was done. I went to thank NDC for his co-operation and he looked at the paper of DC. He told me to sit and phoned the NDC of Lalmonirhat. Then he told me that today there is an election taking place at Lalmonirhat. For this reason there will be no accommodation facility for the district authority to provide me. Moreover the hotels are booked in advance. As I have spend a huge time of the day for the letter he advised me to take rest at circuit house and start for Lalmonirhat tomorrow. He told me the things I haven't visit of Rangpur district nearest by town. He phoned the staffs of circuit house to ready a room for me. From there, I went to the office of "Prothom Alo". I met the district representative of the paper "Ruzu Bhai", a learned man. I gave a few of my photos in his PC and gave all the informations about our tour. Then returned to the circuit house where I find my room at upstair. So, leaving the luggage I went to market and bought some items. I gave them to a staff of circuit house to cook them. As I was running a bad financial time I was not interested to eat at restaurant. Before 4:30 PM I left circuit house for Tajhat to visit the Rajbari. I was cycling very fast but slight view of house, made me stop cycling. It was a house behind the office of "Fire Service & Civil Defense, Rangpur". The house looked like a haunted house to me. I went inside the office and introduce myself. So, they let me enter there and I walk around the sides of the house. I was unable to get the history behind it but took a lot of picture over there. A small kid leaving nearby accompanied me and I also took his photo. Then I saw tree without leaves nearby to that area. Though there were no leaves on it but there was a massive crowd of Bats. Bats were hanging from all the parts of the branches of it. I took a pic of that tree too. On the way, I finished my prayers and reached the "Satmatha Mour". From here seven roads went to different places and I asked local people to help me. They told me to cycle towards the road to Dhaka. Within 3/5 minutes I saw a signboard at my left indicaticating the "Tajhat Palace". "The Museum of Rangpur" was in bigger font. Then I reached there and start taking pictures from outside. The museum was closing as it was the end of day and lights were fading out. So, I could not take enough photo. The local boys "Mr. Gopi Sen Gupta & Mr. Shahed" helped me for taking my pics. Leaving that place we talked chatted a lot and I visit their house nearby. They wait for me to finish my Magrib prayer and then went to Mahiganj Bazar. They told me that this bazar was the main center point of Rangpur District till the government changed the town's location to it's current place. From there I came back to Satmatha Mour by walking with my cycle through another road. On the way, I saw an establishment might be a mosque or a temple. Few days back "Prothom Alo" published a feature on it naming "Bokhteary Mosque". It was written that a man named "Ikhtiaruddin Mohammad Bin Bokhtiar Khilji" made this mosque back at 5/6 centuries ago. That's why some people called it in that name. After reaching Satmatha Mour I left them and within 30 minutes I reached at the circuit house. Everyone over here were too much busy as a Chief-Justice of our country is staying at the circuit house. The staffs of it told me that I have to stay at room downstair as there was some problem in that room of upstair. So, I went upstair to bring my luggage. Then I change my dresses for the night and came to the kitchen to bring my food. After eating I went outside to chat with some sraffs and later came to room soon. Then I prepared myself mentally for tomorrows journey.

After woke up I took my breakfast and left the circuit house. Upon leaving I had to chat a lot with staffs and the security personels at the circuit house. A number of security were increased due to the presence of that Chief-Justice. I left that area at 9:30 AM. Very soon I saw a Museum on my way. It was a defense museum named "Shashoto Bangla", a Museum of Defense for Liberation War. I enter there and it was a three-rooms in total. Also there was another room as a library. An army escort me to see the library and later I signed on the Visitors Book. Then I left that area too after taking soem pic. Soon I reached the "Shaheen-Mannan Toron" of the highway within town. It was a restricted area and I asked permission to take a picture of it. But the security at the gate told me that they will need some time to get the permission. Therefore I left that place for Nilphamari without taking pic. Soon I came in front of "Rangpur Medical College" and I took a pic there. Crossing this area suddenly my tyre got a leak and I had to walk with the cycle. I start looking for a technician to fix it. On the road I met a man who was going somewhere with his cycle. He came nearer and starts talking with me about various subject. Before leaving he told me that he observed me yesterday taking pic behind the building of FIRE SERVICE, RANGPUR. After some time I got a maker and fixed the cycle. At 11 o'clock I left the maker and crossed an area called Paglapir. Here I saw a signboard directing the location of "Bhinno Jagat (A picnic spot and amusement park)". I asked people about it and they told me I have to enter 4 KM inside from the highway to be there. I decide not to cycle that far and kept cycling by taking a pic. Very soon I saw another sign of this park beside a canal. When I asked a pedestrian aboutit he showed me that it was very nearer to the highway. I decide to visit there as it was not far from the highway. I went there at 12 o'clock and met Mr. Mostakim Ali who was a administrative officer of the park. Previously he was a Union Chairman of that Union "Kholeya". He called a staff and told him to show me each and every part of the park. He accompanied me everywhere and helped me to take pictures. After visiting all of it I came back to the Ticket Counter room. There I met another person through Mr. Mostakim. After talking to him I finish my Johor Prayer. When I start looking for Mr. Mostakin to say goodbye he took me to their dining and told me to have lunch with him. After lunch I wished to left for next district and took a pic with him at the gate of the park. About 3 o'clock I left that place. I reached the ending point of Rangpur District around 4:30 PM. It was a bridge and after the bridge there was the a signboard welcoming everyone at Nilphamari District.
