After 7:30 we reached Bagerhat town. I entered circuit house with Rana and Dilip contact to one of his uncle. Though he invited us all but I had decided to stay at circuit house while asked & Dilip to stay there. I went to the residence of DC. I met his bodyguard who assured me to help at morning. So, I returned to circuit house with some foods and finished them with Rana. After eating supper I went to downstair to talk to the staffs of the circuit house. They were very polite and helpful about giving informations. One of them was the "General Secretary" of the "Circuit House Staffs Welfare Association". I told him the problem we have faced at various circuit houses. He told me that he will do something. At morning we woke up early, took some photo. Then we went to DC's residence but his bodyguard did not helped us as he promised last night. Instead he told us to meet him at office. We took some photo of his residence then went to a restaurant. After breakfast we went to the DC officeand met NDC of Bagerhat who knew about us from the DC of Khulna. He told us to come back after few hours and so we went to visit the famous shrine and other archaeological spots of Bagerhat town. I phoned Dilip to meet us at Shrine. When we reached there we meet a strange helpful man named Jashim. He was a university student and helped us a lot to see most of the interesting places of his district. We also took lunch with him. Then we went to DC office and took the certificate. Then we start running towards Pirojpur. Angela and Dilip used their gear to cycle faster. Just after leaving the bus stand of Bagerhat, I stopped at a huge bridge for some photo.When we start again and reached to the other side of the bridge I saw a milestoneconfirming that Pirojpur is only 21 kilometers away from us. I paddled as fast as possible with Rana to catch Angela and Dilip who were out of our sight. |
